# Syncing Meta Accounts from Instagram

Box Out is dependent upon the API's Meta allows. As a result, if you're having trouble syncing/connecting your Instagram account and Facebook Page within the _Meta Business Suite_ through Facebook, we've created a way to bypass this using the following steps within the Instagram app.

Step 1: Tap **EDIT PROFILE** on your Instagram page

Step 2: Scroll down and tap **PAGE** (which is the first selection underneath the PUBLIC BUSINESS INFORMATION section)

This will prompt a menu that gives you the opportunity to Connect or Create a Facebook Page

Step 3: Tap **CONTINUE**

Doing so will give you a menu listing the Facebook Page you're wanting to connect.

Step 4: Tab **CONNECT** at the bottom of your screen
