Authorizing Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for Direct Posting

Authorizing Your Social Media Accounts



Box Out Sports lets you authorize multiple Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter accounts on a single Team Page, then post and repost/re-share across all of them from one share screen.


How to set it up:

  • Click on the SOCIAL MEDIA tab on the left hand side.




  • Then choose ACCOUNTS






  • Here you will be able to authorize each Facebook Page, Instagram Business profile, and X/Twitter account you have. 


Adding/Authorizing Multiple Pages and Accounts:

  • When authorizing multiple Facebook Pages, X/Twitter accounts or Instagram channels you will then be able to select which account you would like to share to as well as which accounts you’d like to reshare/repost this to.




Tips on Authorizing X


  1. To authorize your X account click the SETTINGS tab on the left menu inside of your Teams page and then the top tab SOCIAL MEDIA.
  2. From here you can click CONNECT. You may be prompted to log in to X.
  3. Then click AUTHORIZE APP. This will link your account to Box Out. 


Tips on Authorizing Facebook


  1. To authorize your Facebook account click the SETTINGS tab on the left menu inside of your Teams page and then the top tab SOCIAL MEDIA.
  2. Click AUTHORIZE FACEBOOK
  3. Place a checkmark next to the page you'd like to connect to Box Out.



  1. Confirm that the toggles are all turned to Yes and click Done.



  1. Click OK on the confirmation page and then select your Facebook page and click Authorize this Page.




NOTE: You can link one (1) Facebook and one (1) Twitter account per Team Page. You cannot link multiple social media accounts to one Team Page.
