How to Upload Videos to Box Out

Video files can be in either .mov or .mp4 formats.

To keep render speeds fast, most Box Out video graphics are capped at 7 seconds. The video file will need to be cut at roughly 7 seconds in length before uploading. 

For files longer than 7 seconds, we recommend the Player Highlight of the Game graphic allowing a video file up to 25 seconds.

Uploading videos is done similar to photos and logos. Use the VIDEOS tab in the uploads section to add video content.

You can click the icon located in the upper right hand corner to locate the file from our computer or device.
