Integrate Events with EventLink

Here are the steps for creating and copying an iCal link within EventLink

1.) Log into your EventLink portal.
2.) Go to Calendar: Navigate to the main calendar page
3.) Open Menu: Look at the black bar right under the current month title and click the icon at the far end.
4.) Export: Choose "Export All Subscriptions" (or select the specific calendar/sport feed you want.)
5.) Copy URL: A new tab will open displaying a long URL in the address bar. Copy that text.

Within Box Out, click IMPORT EVENTS located at the top of the page.

Click the ADD AN iCAL URL button.

Paste the link into the text box (Ctrl+V on a PC or ⌘+V on a Mac) and then click the VERIFY AND PREVIEW button.

Click CREATE where all of your scheduled games will be imported within Box Out automatically.

You will be shown confirmation that your calendar was synced correctly and ready to begin creating graphics automatically.

Now, when you click on the EVENTS tab at the top you will see your list of scheduled games. From here, you can choose which event you'd like to create by clicking CREATE GRAPHIC on the righthand side.

When you click CREATE GRAPHIC, you are able to choose which template you'd like to use. Simply click on the one you'd like and Box Out will automatically fill in the data based on the information from your iCal or Google Calendar.

When you're ready to post your graphic, click SHARE in the top right corner. Box Out will schedule your graphic and post it on the morning of the event date to the different social media outlets you've authorized.
