Syncing Meta Accounts from Instagram
Box Out is dependent upon the API's Meta allows. As a result, if you're having trouble syncing/connecting your Instagram account and Facebook Page within the Meta Business Suite through Facebook, we've created a way to bypass this using the following steps within the Instagram app.
Step 1: Tap EDIT PROFILE on your Instagram page
Step 2: Scroll down and tap PAGE (which is the first selection underneath the PUBLIC BUSINESS INFORMATION section)
This will prompt a menu that gives you the opportunity to Connect or Create a Facebook Page
Step 3: Tap CONTINUE
Doing so will give you a menu listing the Facebook Page you're wanting to connect.
Step 4: Tab CONNECT at the bottom of your screen
