Creating a graphic from a HomeTown event
The first way to begin exploring the integration is to browse all of our HomeTown Enabled Templates, available from the Templates tab in any of your teams.

Once you've created a graphic that has been linked to one or more HomeTown events, sharing is simple!
Once you are done editing the graphic, click Share.
On the Share screen, choose which platform to share to, and Box Out automatically gives you a link where parents and fans can purchase tickets.

The Events feature allows you to automatically (or manually) import your schedules/events into Box Out to create and schedule your graphics in five steps.
Start by clicking the EVENTS tab on the lefthand side.
1.) Open a new tab on your browser and go to your schedule page on your athletic website or Google Calendar and copy (Ctrl+C on a PC and ⌘+C on a Mac) the SUBSCRIBE or iCal link.

1.) From the Calendar page, from the black bar under the title of the current month, click the icon at the end and you’ll get a drop down menu.
2.) Select Export All Subscriptions.
From your desktop/laptop you will have a new tab open with a blank page with a long URL in the address bar.

To sync your DragonFly calendar with your calendar on Google, Apple or Outlook, log in on your computer's web browser and select 'Calendar' in the left-side menu.

Link your schedule with SIDEARM:
1.) When on your team schedule page, click the ADD TO CALENDAR button.
2.) Click on the Apple logo
3.) Choose SUBSCRIBE NOW located at the bottom.

You can create an iCal link from a FinalSite calendar by opening that calendar in your FinalSite Calendar Manager:
or by viewing the calendar on the site and clicking the "Calendar Export" icon to bring up the feed menu, and selecting "iCal Feed:"

Locate the iCal Link:
Navigate to the schedule you want to sync within Rank One.
Look for an option like "Sync All Games to Calendar" or similar.
This will likely trigger a download of a file, which is the iCal file.
Alternatively, you might find a direct iCal link to copy.
Open Google Calendar:
Go to calendar.google.com.
Add the iCal Calendar:

How to find the iCal link in SportsEngine
From the Home tab, select the "Team" you wish to manage.
Tap Schedule.
In the lower left-hand corner, tap Subscribe.
Select Apple Calendar.
Copy the URL that is being generated.
Then, on a separate tab, open up Box Out and click on the EVENTS tab.
Click IMPORT EVENTS located at the top of the page.

Sign in to Arbiter as an official and go to the Settings tab.
Click on the Preferences sub-tab.
Under Calendar Sync, click on the "Send Email" button located on the right-hand side.
