How to Add New Opponents in Box Out

With the PLUS and PREMIUM Subscriptions you have the ability to upload opponents through our Library Database. 

You can add an opponent directly inside a graphic OR you can add opponents to your team library.

Adding an Opponent Directly Inside a Graphic Template

After adding a template to a team, click on a graphic that has opponent options (e.g. a gameday graphic or schedule graphic)



Scroll down to the Opponents area and click on Select an opponent dropdown.



You can choose an opponent that you previously imported, or click the + Add to import and add an opponent.



After clicking the + Add, you can Search the library or enter information manually.
Note: adding an opponent here will also add it to your team, making it easily accessible for future graphic creation



To search the Library, start typing a school name and then click Import.

Add an Opponent to a Singular Graphic

To add an opponent to just one graphic (i.e. not save to your Team's opponent library) choose the option Fill in manually under Only for this graphic.

Adding Opponents via the Opponents Tab

Within the Opponents tab on the left menu, you can use the search box in the top right labeled Search Opponent Library.

Here you can type in the name of your opponent by school name, mascot, or even conference in the search bar.

Once the opponents' name appears simply click the Import button and it will automatically add in the opponent name, logo, primary/secondary color, mascot name, etc. for you. 

But I don't have an Opponents tab!?...

Note that before adding your OPPONENTS make sure you have added a Template that utilizes the Opponent database feature. Adding a template that utilizes this feature will 'unlock' an OPPONENTS tab located on the left-hand side of your page.

Don't See an Opponent?

If you do not see a school/opponent in our database, let us know and we can add it in for you. Use the TALK TO US button in the lower left corner to notify the team/mascot needed.

You also have the ability to Manually Add Opponents. This i useful when creating an event (for example: BoxOut Invite, Tri-County Classic, etc.)
